| In a magnificent landscape a wild river runs through the valley
of the Devil's Rocks. |
| |
 |
| |
| According to the legend, Saint Gwenolé chose this place to
settle his retreat. |
| The name of Locunolé comes from Loc Gwenole which means Gwenolé's
retreat. |
| But Satan was the master of the land, and when he saw that
souls escaped him, he threw huge rocks at St Gwenolé to kill him. |
| The latter diverted the danger, and the rocks piled up on
the bank of the Ellé. |
