ocunolé

In a magnificent landscape a wild river runs through the valley of the Devil's Rocks.

According to the legend, Saint Gwenolé chose this place to settle his retreat.
The name of Locunolé comes from Loc Gwenole which means Gwenolé's retreat.
But Satan was the master of the land, and when he saw that souls escaped him, he threw huge rocks at St Gwenolé to kill him.
The latter diverted the danger, and the rocks piled up on the bank of the Ellé.
